Cheryl joined Michelle’s Place in September 2003 and has served to support the Michelle’s Place office, Volunteer Coordinator and currently as Patient Navigation Coordinator.  She works directly with Michelle’s Place participants providing them support and assistance in obtaining the medical care they require.  She also supports fundraising efforts as needed.

Cheryl also has provided volunteer tutoring services to the Library Literacy Programs in Boca Raton, Florida and Murrieta, Ca.

Cheryl attended Brooklyn College in New York and community colleges in Long Island and Boca Raton, Florida.  She moved to California with her husband, Jack, in 2001 and was joined by their daughter, Dorothy, in 2006.  Cheryl enjoys the challenges of word and number puzzles, listening to 50’s and 60’s Rock & Roll, and playing with her two furry friends, Sunny and Cagey.
