The Wellness Program is open to all!
This program is a series of meetings/classes on various health and self-improvement topics with giveaways distributed to participants.
Purpose of Program
The purpose of the Wellness Program is to encourage women in the community to live a more healthy life. Eating healthy, exercising on a regular basis and practicing good breast health will lead to early diagnosis or possibly prevent breast cancer. The Wellness Program allows women to familiarize themselves with what the community has to offer to assist them in living a more healthy lifestyle.
This year we have changed the format of the Wellness Program. Instead of offering the classes within a short period of a few weeks, we will offer the classes over the course of several months at various local health and wellness businesses. The concept of the Wellness Program is to offer a variety of options to improve your health and wellness without you having to make a long-term commitment. This way you can learn and try new things in a stress and commitment-free environment!
